MayScape Services Fall Porch Design Giveaway – Official Rules
# 1. Eligibility
* Location Restriction: This giveaway is open only to legal residents of Michigan whose property is physically located within Oakland, Macomb, Wayne, or St. Clair Counties.
* Age Requirement: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
* Homeownership: Entrants must own the home or have explicit written permission from the property owner to receive the service.
* Exclusions: Employees of Mayscape Services and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
## 2. How to Enter
* No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win this giveaway.
* Entry Steps: To enter, participants must enter through the website or, follow @mayscapeoutdoors on instagram or mayscape services on facebook, like this post, and tag two friends in the comment section. Extra entries may be earned through re-posting on instagram or facebook stories.
* Entry Period: Entries open on August 30, 2026, at 9:00 AM EST and will close on September 7, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST. Entries submitted after this deadline will not be counted. A maximum of 3 entries may be earned.
## 3. The Prize
* Prize Description: One (1) winner will receive a custom front porch design service, including layout styling, labor, and a curated selection of pumpkins and seasonal decor elements provided by Mayscape Services. Winner will be responsible for keeping a branded element in the display (ie. a potted mum with logo, or a pre branded pumpkin. )
* Prize Limitations: The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, substituted, or transferred to a property outside of the four approved counties.
* Value: The approximate retail value of the materials and design service is $315-1,190.
## 4. Winner Selection and Notification
* Selection: One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries on September 7th, 2026.
* Notification: The winner will be contacted via Direct Message, or by email exclusively by our official account @Mayscape outdoors for instagram, Mayscape sevices for facebook or mayscapeservices@gmail.com
* Scam Warning: We will never ask for credit card information, bank details, or registration links. Please ignore and report any lookalike accounts attempting to message you.
* Claiming Period: The winner must respond and confirm their address within 48 hours of notification. If the winner does not respond or cannot verify their location within the required counties, an alternate winner will be randomly drawn.
## 5. Installation and Conditions
* Scheduling: The porch installation must take place on a mutually agreed-upon date between September 9th and November 11th, 2026.
* Access: The winner agrees to provide the Mayscape team safe, unobstructed physical access to their front porch or business during the scheduled installation window.
## 6. Liability and Media Release
* Natural Elements: Mayscape is not responsible for the natural life span, rotting, weather damage, or wildlife destruction of the pumpkins and organic materials once the installation is complete.
* Media Release: By accepting the prize, the winner grants Mayscape permission to take professional photographs and video footage of the completed porch or business design to use for promotional, portfolio, and marketing purposes.
